Founded in 2020, the Texas Food and Wine Alliance (TFWA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering awareness and innovation in the Texas culinary community through grants, educational programming, and events. Guided by an all-volunteer board of directors and committees made up of culinary-and-community-minded professionals, the Alliance’s work ensures a strong local food system and promotes the next generation of culinary businesses and nonprofits.

For 2021, participating Truffle Masters restaurants will a portion of the sales of each Truffle Master dish to the Texas Food & Wine Alliance, in an effort to raise funds that will be distributed through grants to members of the food & beverage industry who have been affected by COVID-19.
