Our Story

Diane Roederer, our founder, started DR Delicacy in December 2014 when she returned from a truffle hunt in Spain. Today, our team is elevating meals all over Houston. From our warehouse at the junction of 610 & 290, we supply truffles, caviar, mushrooms, foie gras,  and many other delicacies to chefs, Supermarkets and High End Specialty Stores as well as retail customers in Texas and beyond. Creating the perfect bite is what we are passionate about & we help our customers do that everyday by sourcing the freshest ingredients from all over the globe.

The Truffle Masters began in 2015 under the name of the "Truffle Charity Challenge." We have succeeded in hosting it for eleven consecutive years and hope to continue for years to come.
